My desktop app stopped working.
This is a known issue that we are working to correct. To fix this issue you will need to uninstall the desktop app from your computer. Also please remove the files you will find at the following locations:
Mac: Home>Library>Preferences>com.radioio.ioDesktop>Local Store>
PC: Local Drive>Users>"username">AppData>Roaming>com.radioio.ioDesktop>Users>Store> Once you have completed this you can download and reinstall the app from this location.

This should fix your issue.
